Lake Victoria Feasibility study
Through De Mesquita, Twilley and Associates and Spirit of Africa, the BSM Group executed a bankable feasibility study for the development of roughly 300 acres of land on the shores of Lake Victoria into a mixed level housing village. The development will have full support facilities and services and has the potential for up to 1000 housing units and 1000 high-density units. The study has been submitted for financial support, having passed all approval stages.
