The combination of these companies has made the BSM Group the first “one-stop-shop” for the design and development of town and villages, from concept to completion.

PentaPro Projects
PentaPro Projects is the project management and engineering arm of the BSM Group. Controlling and coordinating the various skills sets involved in the design and development of medium to large projects, PentaPro follows and manages our projects from conceptualisation all the way through to hand over.
Technical support services, such as surveys, geotechnical investigations and civil and structural design work, are handled by the engineering division.
PentaPro Projects controls, from start to hand over, the BSM Group‘s responsibility to the client for successful execution of the project.
Spirit of Africa
The in-situ cast “fast-build” construction system consistently produces top quality, cost effective products.
Taking 9 months to build a house using conventional construction methods is not cost effective, and is not conducive to affordable bulk housing projects. Using multiple Spirit of Africa sets on our bulk housing projects we can construct up to 150 homes in a month using mostly local labour.
The African continent is in need of Homes-In-A-Hurry and Spirit of Africa plays their part in helping us provide a solution for this need.
De Mesquita, Twilley and Associates
Merely building houses is not enough, to truly solve the housing problem in Africa complete living environments are needed, with all the needs of the modern family catered for.
